The boy who set out to make his dream a success was none other than Dr Atul Krishna, who was still in his sophomore year at LLRM Medical College, Meerut at that time. Armed with a post graduate degree in General Surgery, Dr Atul soon set out to realize his dream which had already taken shape in his mind. The dream was to establish such institutions of education and training that would produce highly skilled graduates and masters of academic excellence in every field and all aspects of life.Graced with fore-vision, versatility, a genius mind and gifted with a vibrant and vivacious personality, Dr Atul Krishna is not only a reputed surgeon of Northern India but is also a great philanthropist, a learned thinker, visionary and a committed, staunch social reformer, dedicated to the upliftment of the downtrodden and weaker sections of society. Dr Atul Krishna is the visionary who spearheaded the Subharti Movement and established MTV Religious and Charitable Trust(formerly known as Subharti KKB Charitable Trust,') a duly registered body, engaged in social service and various other activities. He has also established several primary, secondary level schools and rural hospitals in the remotest villages. Dr Atul is not only an ardent follower of Indian culture but is also a diehard patriot. He is a guiding force in bringing people together by removing hatred arising out of casteism and communalism, spreading love and harmony, building up moral and national character along with service of mankind so as to make his dream of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam' Come true. Dr. Mukti Bhatnagar (16th January 1957- 07th June 2021)

Dr. Mukti, who was the founder of Subharti, believed in the pursuit of excellence and in overcoming all difficulties by virtue of hard work and perseverance. She made sure that the university was an exceptional and exquisite learning educational hub, offering a variety of value-based, career-oriented disciplines of technical and professional education, thus engaged in creating highly qualified, academically, and technically proficient professionals, who are responsive to the emerging needs of the Nation. We at Subharti now pledge to take her dream of perfection and excellence forward and take the university to newer heights to which she dreamt of. We will ensure that the process of education is enriched with the overall personality development and sharpening of the inherent capabilities of an individual, by providing an environment, fully conducive to the overall development of students, thus maintaining a balance between academic excellence and moral perfection, similar to how she had imagined it to be while shaping the university.

Dr. Shalya Raj did her graduation from SDM College of Dental Sciences, Dharwad & completed her Master’s in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics from Subharti Dental College. Her Keen interest in academics was reflected in the fact that she has published numerous research papers, articles, and books early in her career.

She is also the guide to a few selected students pursuing research. She is a popular teacher, academician, good clinician, and above all, a dedicated human being. It is these qualities that make her an integral part of all cultural and social events of the university. She is a trained Kathak dancer & Hindi classical singer & her efforts have won her various accolades in the Eld-field of painting, craft & drama.

Dr. Shalya has received over 27 awards for her work in the social academic field.” The Empower women prosperous India Award.” by Globe Media.' Under her guidance,' The Trust' received the award of 'Globe Peace Ambassador Conferred by IBEIYAAAED. The Trust also received appreciation for donations to the 'Army Welfare Fund' and the 'CM RELIEF FUND' Uttarakhand.

Most recently the university was nominated among the top 9 centers in the field of social work. She is an active trustee of the MTV Trust. Realizing her sense of purpose and a state of direction, the board of trustees has nominated her as the CEO of the University.

Mrs. Stuti Narain Kacker is a retired IAS officer of U.P. Cadre (1978 batch) having wide experience of 36 years in U.P. State & Centre with progressively responsible assignments of high repute. She has been the Chairperson of important assignments of the Government of India like National Commission for protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), Secretary to Government of India an establishment Department of Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, GOI, etc.

In the state of Uttar Pradesh, she had been the Joint Director (Industries), Meerut; Joint Development Commissioner, Allahabad; District Magistrate, Ghazipur; Additional Excise Commissioner (Uttar Pradesh); Judicial Member (Board of Revenue), Uttar Pradesh; Director & Special Secretary; Cultural Affairs; Officer on Special Duty, Noida; Commissioner, Jhansi Division; Principal Secretary, Technical Education; Resident Commissioner, Government of Uttar Pradesh.

While she was at the Centre, she worked as Director (Sugar Development Fund), Ministry of Food; CMD of National Handicapped Finance & Development Corporation & Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Joint Secretary & Chief Vigilance Officer in the Ministry of Small Scale Industry & Director NIESBUD; Joint Secretary Ministry of Information & Broadcasting; Secretary & Director, Indian Institute of Mass Communication; Additional Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting; Secretary, Board of Reconstruction of Public Sector Enterprises, Department of Public Enterprises & Heavy Industries.

She was superannuated in 2014 from the post of Secretary to Government of India, Department of Disability Affairs, and Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. She was then given the assignment of Chairperson NCPCR. Owing to her above vast & distinguished experience, she was chosen as the Chancellor of the University.

Dr. Rohit Ravinder, a multidimensional personality has established himself as a dynamic leader and able administrator in a very short period. He graduated from Government Dental College, Rohtak, and pursued his post-graduation at Subharti Dental College, where he is presently working as an Professor in Conservative dentistry and Endodontics.

He is also the Director of Lokpriya Hospital, the urban health centre of the University-a 300 bedded super speciality hospital located in the heart of Meerut city, wherein his hard work brought new colours of success to the hospital. A popular teacher and an excellent academician who has published numerous research papers in his field. Owing to his diligence and zealous nature has also been nominated as the trustee & treasurer of the trust. He has won the award of 'Health Icon 2016' and was also conferred with The Outstanding Peace Activist' award by IBEI YSSSRF.

Dr.Rohit's outstanding and unshakeable management of his ventures has established his favour as the Director of Holistic Medicine and Hospitality at the University.

PROF. (DR.) PRAMOD K. SHARMA is a seasoned academic leader, researcher, and administrator with a remarkable career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice Chancellor of Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India, he has frequently showed an uncommon ability to foster institutional expansion, academic innovation, and research success. His work displays a serious commitment to quality assurance, strategic planning, and stakeholder involvement in higher education.A doctorate in Pharmacy from Jadavpur University supplies the cornerstone of Dr. Sharma’s academic foundation, backed by degrees in M. Pharma, B. Pharma, D. Pharma, and a Diploma in Management. Over the years, his professional journey has taken him through pivotal roles at reputed institutions including Sanskaram University, Haryana (as Vice Chancellor) Galgotias University (as Pro Vice Chancellor), Bundelkhand University, and MIET Meerut, where he served in various leadership and academic capacities.
Prof. Sharma’s contributions to research are equally prolific. He has written and co-authored over 650 scientific papers in Scopus and SCI-indexed journals, supervised 17 Ph.D. and more than 270 M.Pharm scholars, and possesses a remarkable patent portfolio of 127 patents, including 17 awarded ones. His citation metrics-over 19326 citations on Google Scholar, an H-index of 64 and i10-index of 344-attest to his intellectual reputation across the pharmaceutical sciences.
An excellent author, he has authored various key textbooks such as Pharmaceutics, Textbook of Pharmacognosy, Textbook of Cosmetics, and Hepatoprotective Models and Natural Hepatoprotective Agents. He is also the editor of Novel Approaches in Drug Delivery published by OMICS International.
At Sanskaram University, he has been instrumental in shaping core academic policies and achieving strategic milestones—obtaining approvals for a suite of medical and paramedical programs, developing the university’s first statutes and ordinances, and initiating vital institutional mechanisms like IQAC and the PhD Cell. His work has been vital in infrastructure development, program implementation, and creating global alliances through MOUs with reputable firms and international universities.
Previously, at Galgotias University, he had a prominent involvement in accreditation processes (NAAC, NBA), institutional planning, and outcome-based education implementation. His tenure witnessed the creation of academic programs, increased student outcomes, enhanced industry partnerships, and exceptional growth inadmissions and placements.
